Hello and welcome to Happy Bunnies Holidays. We are a friendly, caring and professional family-run business offering high quality boarding accommodation for rabbits, guinea-pigs and other small pets.

We are members of the Rabbit Welfare Association and are fully insured.

We offer safe and secure accommodation for rabbits and guinea pigs. We are also able to look after other small pets such as hamsters, gerbils, mice and budgies.

Happy Bunnies is run by a qualified veterinary nurse who is trained in all aspects of animal care and nutrition. We offer a choice of purpose-built hutches including extra large 6' x 2' x 2' hutches for rabbits, and slightly smaller 4' x 2' hutches, ideal for guinea pigs and very small rabbits. We also have large 6' x 4' x 2' outdoor runs for exercise, either on our lawn or patio.

Happy Bunnies Holidays is located in the village of Earls Colne in North Essex, within approximately 4 miles of Halstead, Coggeshall, Chappel and Bures and 10 miles of Colchester, Sudbury (Suffolk), Braintree, Witham and Tiptree.

Many of our boarders come from the Chelmsford, Ipswich and Clacton areas - these are approximately a 40 minute drive away.

"Happy Bunnies was perfect for our Giant French lop earred rabbit Bailey. We were asked what Bailey liked and didn't like and if he had any special requirements. His hutch was a great size and he was treated to regular runs up the garden, given fresh fruit and veg as treats and handled regularly as we requested. I would highly recommend Happy Bunnies Holidays to anyone, it was so easy and we did not have to put our friends and family out to come to our home and look after him. 100% happy with the service and the price."
